Bat Walk at Clare Castle Country Park

Join us and Sarah White from Essex Bat Group for a special evening walk to observe the bats that frequent Clare Castle Country Park after dusk. We will kick off the evening by cooking (and eating) some delicious bread around our campfire. Shortly after dusk, will venture into the Park to spot these wonderful mammals as they dart through the sky. This fascinating walk will not only provide you with the opportunity to observe our bats but provides the platform for you to learn why Clare Castle Country Park is a suitable home for these wonderful creatures. Suitable for children aged 7 and above (with all children being supervised by an adult) We politely request that dogs are not brought on this walk as they can impact sightings.
