Outstanding Landscapes of the Stour Valley Path 2: Lower Stour

Celebrating 25 years of the Stour Valley Path, Dedham Vale AONB. A guided walk will conclude the Stour Valley Passport, a self-guided exploration of the 60-mile route. Walk from Stratford St Mary to the end of the Stour Valley Path at Cattawade, via supper at Flatford. Enjoy riverside views of Constable Country, where the artist recalled how he associated his ‘careless boyhood’ with ‘all that lies on the banks of the Stour. Those scenes made me a painter’. This walk is linked to Stour Valley Path 1 – Upper Stour, when we start the long distance path walk and launch the Passport.
