POSTPONED: You can’t write the same path twice: Walking and Writing; Writing and Walking

This event has been cancelled for the time being, amidst the government guidance around social distancing during the COVID-19 situation. Please check back later in the year, when we hope to reschedule as many of our events as possible.

  A writing workshop with Geoff Nicholson: https://hollywoodwalker.blogspot.com In the morning we go for a walk, we return to base, write about what we’ve seen and felt, and share this with the rest of the group. Then we walk the same route again in the afternoon, and again return to base, write again and see how our first reactions are different from our second ones, and how they may have been changed by reading what others have written. There’ll be two walks, one morning, one afternoon, about 2 miles each. Make sure you’re up to that – bring the right shoes and the right clothes, as well as writing materials. I’ll be using pen and paper but if you need a laptop, bring that too.
